At Lusso, we stand by the performance and quality of our athletic gear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for hassle-free returns and exchanges on all unworn items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place your items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the gear is clean and in sellable condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your gear, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
